Return / Refund Policy
Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. If merchandise is defective or damaged upon receipt please contact us immediately after your package arrives. All claims MUST be made within 3 days of receipt of order. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Returned products must be in absolutely new and unused condition for refund.

International Shipments
JB's Wild Wyoming currently does not offer shipments to customers outside the United States.
Perishable Shipping Disclaimer
JB’s Wild Wyoming takes every precaution when shipping perishable items to insure that they arrive fresh and delicious. All orders containing perishable items must be shipped via an accepted express method. Orders with shipping methods selected other than the accepted methods below will be rejected.
Accepted perishable shipping methods: UPS Next Day Air, UPS 2nd day and 3 Day Select, UPS Ground (For ground you MUST use the color coded map below).
Please allow up to 72 hrs to processes orders, keeping in mind the shipping days, upcoming holidays and temporary Out of Stock products. On average, your order is processed within 24 to 48 orders. We will notify you if for any reason there is any product shortage within 48 hours of your order being placed. If you have special shipping requirements, please use the Comments section when checking out.
JB's Wild Wyoming cannot guarantee products shipped to an incorrect address or if the receiver is out of town. Please double check your Ship To address and phone number, and verify that the recipient will be there to receive the order. There can be an additional charge of $10.00 to your credit card for products shipped to an incorrect address. Remember, we can only ship perishable product via UPS, not USPS..

You may use UPS Ground service to ship perishable product if you are shipping to an address within the Yellow, Brown and Green areas. If you are shipping outside of these areas please use UPS 3 DAY, UPS 2nd DAY or OVERNIGHT. Steaks and other raw products MUST be received within 2 days.
April through October
You may use UPS Ground service to ship perishable product if you are shipping to an address within the Yellow and Brown areas. If you are shipping outside of these areas please use UPS 2nd DAY or OVERNIGHT. Steaks and other raw products MUST be received within 2 days.
